Right to Life: Everyone  has  got a right  to life, but  life has been made  too  expensive  and  beyond  reach  for  most  of Africans for  the Europeans to benefit. The westerns have design life in a way that most Africans will be dependants, who are always looking for handout and employment. The have designed a situation where  even their hard earned  salary will be spent on buying  in European shops as Africans have been disempowered  to produce food   and other products. Life  is very difficult for Africans and most of  them depends on handouts and grants, yet Africans  were having enough food  for  themselves  before Europeans came. When  we  talk about  right  to life   we  also includes  those unborn babies  who are  everyday  aborted .It  is  highly surprising  that immediately  after  the black people in South  Africa  have received  the so called freedom  they  decided to  pass  a law  that denies  a right to live  for some other babies  which  is  the right to  kill an unborn baby(abortion).It  is  like some of the black  politician in  South Africa while they were in  prisons or exile were fighting  to  be given a right to kill unborn babies(abortion) and  for  the same sex  marriages  which  destroys life . The  whites in South Africa  when  they were ruling  they never  introduced   evil  laws that   are  against  life and nature, like  abortion  and  same sex marriages .Instead  of  upholding  capital punishment  for  people who  have  no  respect  for  life , the Black  people  government  uphold  the right  to life for  murderers  and  decided to deny  a right  to life to the innocent  unborn  babies. And by so doing they think they are promoting human right as per their description of human rights. They sometimes say they legalized that because some other women were doing backyard abortion. There are so many thing that are happening  at  backyard like,rape,murder,stealing,fraud  and prostitution, does  that mean  all  this  must be legalized?

 Most  Africans  are dying  in  large numbers  as  they  have  no  means  of  income as they were taught that you must have money to buy food  instead of being taught to  plant  and produce food. Everyone must be taught to produce food not to work for money to buy food.African education which is superior to  western education.was teaching children that  they must plant and produce food  for themselves.Africans were taught to be independant  people from childhood,that is the reason  that  before Europeans came our forefathers were self employed not employed. This  days  we  buy  everything  that  we  use, African  have  been  turned  to  be consumers  they are  good  for  buying not  producing anything. Their land was taken from them and the very same land is now used by our oppressors to farm and black people must only buy. From being independent to be dependant. Life  has  become  difficult  for  Africans  and  they  are dying  from hunger ,scramble for limited resources, wars and diseases  we  live  from donations, that right  to life is  no longer  available. Our   resources  are enriching  other  nations  yet  the  international  court  consider  that  as  justice. All  our  means  of  surviving  were  taken  from  us ,we  are now  considered  as  only  good  to  be  employed  yet  we  were self  employed  before  our colonizers  came. Some  of  our  African  brothers  are  even  now  saying  life is  impossible  without  European ,yet  our  ancestors   were  able  to live a better life  before   the European came  and  they were not employees(nowadays slaves).With  the European education you became a slave  and a dependant  and  with  African  education you  became  self  employed and  independent. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT  EVEN  ANTS  ARE  WORKING  FOR  THEMSELVES.

Right to Clean Water: Just as they have polluted our air they have also polluted our water. Today most of the rivers are polluted by mining, factories and other industries .It is no longer safe to drink water from a river because of pollution. When I was still young we were drinking water from almost any river without getting sick. Today we have to buy   the water we drink, the right of clean and free water has been taken. If  i  do not  have money  to buy water, they cut  my supply without caring that it is my right  to drink clean water. Everything has been commercialized even thing that are very essential in life,water is suppose to be free to everyone,but  some have seen water as a means to make profit. I hope one day they will sell us the air that we breath as they want to make money in everything. The capitalist world wants people to buy everything even water, they pollute our water and there after they clean the water in order to have a reason of selling the water. Life is becoming difficult as we have to buy everything even water. These capitalist countries must definitely be prosecuted for abusing of human rights; they have taken the right to clean water for everyone in favor of making profit.

Right to land -Land is number one basic human right for everyone. Without a land there is no life because we live our lives in the land. Every government has an obligation to make land available for the citizens. One is not suppose to buy land as land is the essential thing for every living being and it’s a gift from the Almighty. We have ample land that can be distributed equal for everyone, but this greedy capitalist have taken land for themselves and some other people are just wondering without any land even for accommodation. We are now told  that there is no land for cemeteries ,but  some other people are  owning over 10 farms with over 10000 hectors of land, yet  others  don’t even have space to bury their loved ones ,that is  gross  human right abuse. Some other municipalities are now encouraging our people to violet their culture by doing cremation which is against our African culture. The municipality of Durban in South Africa is now on a mission to dig the graves of our loved ones to rebury new bodies in that space claiming that there is no land for burial, yet  a large part of our land  is in the hands of the Europeans .They are also trying to  make us adopt other nations cultures  like cremation because our land is possessed by the Europeans .

Everyone must have land for accommodation, grazing live stock, burying their loved ones and farming to produce food for their families instead of buying from the supermarkets. Countries  who  took  other  countries ‘s  land  are suppose  to  be labeled as  greatest  enemies  of  human rights as they have deprived  other people a right to live. European countries have taken possession of land in Africa, living Africans stranded without land to earn a living. Today  most  Africans  are living under extreme  poverty   and hunger  as  they do not have  land  to  farm, their  right  of  living  have  been violated  by  Europeans. Some of  our children are  now  thinking that food  comes from supermarkets   as  we have  been made to  depend  on shops for living  and that  results in hunger. All  these countries  that  have  dehumanized   Africans  by  taking our land  destroying  our traditions  for  us  to buy  everything  from them  are suppose to be summoned  by  the  International Court  for  human right abuse. Africans have been forceful removed from their land by European countries. The Europeans also came to America and forceful took the land belonging to the Red Indians. The did not end  there , they also  took  the land in the present  Australia which was for the Aborigines peoples  and  killed  some  of  the  Aborigines. Today that  land  is owned  by  those Europeans   who are  human rights abusers  yet  they  keep  on criticizing   other countries  for  human right abuse. About 80%  of  South Africa’s  land  is  owned by  Europeans, yet  this  is Africa and  this  is  normal  to most South Africans. Europeans  cannot  allow  a situation where Africans  are owning  80%   of   European  land, but when they  occupy African land  that must be tolerated  and  be  considered as normal. When  our best  African leaders  like  Robert  Mugabe  is  restoring  land  that  was stolen  from his  people he is called  a human right abuser.

 When black  people  wants  what belongs  to  them  they are  called  dictators  and  human rights abusers. Any African leader who is tired of white domination is always labeled as a dictator and abuser of human rights.  All  African  states  are  still  colonized  and  ruled  by  their  oppressors, that  is why they are ruling  with euro-centric  constitutions. When this so called stupid freedom was granted to most African countries, our land and resources were not given back to us. Today there is peace in most African countries because most of Africans have forgotten the value of land versus employment. What worries Africans is employment (nowadays slavery) land is not an issue any more as long as they are employed that fine. Our forefathers in their graves are crying about this generation that chases vanity instead of valuables like land. There is no freedom or human rights without land. I  always  wonder when listening  to so called freedom fighters who says  they  fought for  freedom  and win, yet  our forefather’s  land  is still in the hands  of  the oppressors, it  means  they  were  fighting for something  that  they  don’t  know, Or  they were fighting for themselves to live a luxurious life while our people are suffering.

Right   to speak your own language: This is another sensitive issue, the issue of languages. In South Africa there are eleven official languages yet in South Africa there are more that eleven languages. To say  that  there  are eleven languages that are official  that is human right abuse for the other people who speak those languages who are considered  as  not official ,in fact  that is  an insult. All languages are official and equally official. Who is this person that has got an authority to decide which language that is official or not .Even if a language is spoken by two people that language must be also considered official and those people must be given a right to speak, read and learn in their language and if they are denied such privilege, that will be gross human rights. When a language is spoken by a majority that does not make it to be superior that other languages, all languages must be respected and be given equal status as others especially if we respect human dignity and rights..

 The unfortunate thing is that other people are thinking that their languages are the one that must be spoken by everyone and they consider their languages as ones that are God given and superior to other languages. Our people have been brainwashed to believe that European languages are better than African languages and African languages are economical useless. This brainwash has even affected our education department as they consider European languages as important than African languages .Speaking European languages, while undermining your language that does not make one great ,as true greatness comes from  within. Considering  Africa  today  one  will find  that  Africa is divided according to the colonial masters languages they speak, some  call themselves  French speaking, English speaking  and  Portuguese  speaking  people and that is a big shame of Africa . African  languages  has  become  second  languages  in Africa, a child  can chose whether  to learn them  or not as  they are not important  as per our colonial masters. Our right of speaking, reading, learning in our language has been denied, we have to use European language to read, learn and speak.

In a country that has freedom, the language itself will have freedom. European languages in Africa  are considered  more  important  than  African language in a way that even our children  cannot  see  a reason of learning  their languages as they considered  inferior than European  languages, they  rather chose to learn two  European languages  than  learning their mother tongue. In some other school when they find you speaking an African language they punish you and this is total madness to those teachers and the education department. This kind of madness is even promoted by our education departments. European presidents when they come to our countries they come with interpreters, because they are free  to speak  their languages, unlike  the  poor  African president who are always have to speak in European languages  even  when  they  address  their own  people  who cannot even understand those European  languages, I feel very sorry  for them because I  know that they are puppet for the west, when they speak  they must make sure that their bosses in Europe will  understand what they are speaking .There is no language  that is better than the other  it is only that  Africans  have been colonized  and their languages were  made to be inferior and that is gross human right abuse.

African languages need the very same recognition that is given to European languages if there are true human rights. Everyone must be free to read, learn and speak his own language .In Europe they learn from primary education till they are professors  learning in their mother tongue, while in Africa one has  to learn in European languages  till  to the highest level  because our right have been violated  by  colonizers and our present African  governments. I  believe that one day when we are  free from European  dominion ,we  will  read, learn  and speak  our  languages , our languages will became first languages  and  it will  be important  for Africans  to know their languages, documents  and signs in government  departments will be written in African languages  not European languages  as it is now in Africa. AFRICAN LANGUAGES ARE STILL SLAVES NOT FREE AND WE CANNOT USE THEM FREELY.
